Pawsitively Wild 'N' Free

This is our favorite place!! We live in a small Beltline apartment with a highly dog-reactive rescue dog, and Pawsitively Wild 'N' Free has been a lifesaver. We don't mind making the drive because it makes us so happy to see our puppy run to his heart's content. He can be an escape artist, and we have found this facility to be very safe and secure. Great for photo-ops, too! We are so grateful for this space!!!

I am so happy we brought our dogs here. One is so anxious and it was a perfect place to let them run free and dip in the water. Will definitely be back!

Had the most incredible experience! I have two large breeds, one of which is a rescue & can be reactive/bite risk. I’m also dog sitting my folks’ reactive dog this month, & Pawsitively is located conveniently close to us. The park was very clean, had garbages, porta-potties, things for the dogs to climb, explore, tunnels to go through. It’s a huge space, more than enough room for my 3 to run, & has a large pond that the dogs loved. It’s securely fenced, & I cannot express how incredible the feeling of allowing my dogs to run & play freely without having to worry about their reactivity was. This was the best experience for the dogs & I, & I’m so thankful to Pawsitively for fulfilling our hearts! Thanks guys!

We are so lucky to have this park as an option! Our rescue dog has some reactivity issues, so public dog parks are not an option for us, so this is a great alternative.

Huge space with lots of variety for activities! With 3/4 of my dogs being dog reactive it gives so much peace of mind to let them do what they love most. Competitive pricing and I love that their parking lot and entrance is also very private compared to other private parks where it’s always crowded so you never have to walk past other dogs when you arrive either! Huge selling point for me! My pups love taking turns swimming and running around!

It's an awesome park, big, well maintained, and wicked owners. But for someone with 4 dogs... it's super expensive because it's charged per dog. I wish it was charged per hour, per household (vehicle) like the other one I go to. But unfortunately, dog walkers ruin it for the rest of us.

Amazing private place to take your dog for a run! 30 mins from downtown Calgary.Good for reactive doggies. I go with 1 or 2 other dogs for an hour to get good socializing - instead of dog parks.Would be good to hold private gatherings for dogs.I took away 1 star because just last year it was $10/hr and now it is $17/hr (w/o tax) That's a huge jump in price for the same service.The deal to buy multiple visits doesn't even cover the GST - it equates to $1 off each visit (w/o tax).

Fantastic place! Stopped by here on my long road trip, and my dog had an absolute blast. Don't forget your bug spray (for yourself and your dog!) but don't let the mosquitoes deter you, it's totally worth it. Stopping here was one of the best decisions I made on my trip. I would definitely book this again next time I'm passing through.

Love this place! Wide open area, a nice little dugout for a swim, some makeshift agility equipment (tunnel, haybales with ramps, tires, etc...). The place is locked at the road entrance and the entrance to the park. Prices are great.There's even human port-a-potties, garbage bins, a couple of swings, and a firepit. We go there a lot!

Great off leash park. Very secure and very well taken care of. No gopher holes. Convenient location and great customer service!
